Joan Hewins

Joan brings more than a decade of real estate experience to her role as a sales consultant at Providence Island in Queens Harbor, Palencia and Port St. John. Her career includes general real estate experience with a major national real estate firm and extensive experience as a new homes specialist in the North Florida area—both as an on-site consultant and as a selections coordinator. Joan’s broad background in real estate gives her a wealth of ability to help homeowners tailor a home to their individual needs. In addition to her work with Brylen, Joan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. She is also a Certified Sales Professional with years of multi-million dollar sales production, and attended Frostburg State College in Maryland.

Janice Quarles

Janice is a 13-year veteran of the real estate industry. Her business experience includes customer service roles in several industries. In her 11 years as a real estate broker, she has received numerous customer satisfaction awards. Janice has lived on Amelia Island for more than two decades and brings a wealth of local knowledge to our prospective home buyers. She curently serves as a sales professional for our Amelia Park community on Amelia Island.

Brigitte Billings

Brigitte is a proven veteran in the housing industry. With more that 20 years experience in selling new homes at all price ranges throughout the First Coast, she brings a high level of real estate knowledge and customer focus to her position as a sales representative. A continuous multi-million dollar producer, Brigitte holds the designation of Certified Site Agent (Levels I and II) and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Don Lendry

A graduate of Boston University's School of Management, Don works as a sales consultant at our corporate office and specializes in building a Brylen Home on individual home sites. For thirty-six years, Don worked as a sales representative for Jostens Inc., Printing and Publishing Division where he received numerous sales awards. Don came out of retirement to join his sons, Bryan and Steven, in the home building business. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Nassau County Board of Realtors.

Clen Ward

Clen Ward brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to his position as an on-site sales consultant. Since his teenage years, real estate and homebuilding have been a part of Clen’s life in one form or another. His extensive background in real estate assists him in tailoring homes to clients’ individual needs.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and, has successfully completed all of the North Florida Builder Site Agent Courses. Originally from Wellington North Carolina, he now calls Ponte Vedra Beach his permanent home.

Steve Curtis

Steve joined Brylen Homes in early 1998, and brings more than 12 years of homebuilding and project management experience to his position as Project Manager. His responsibilities at Brylen Homes include scheduling, coordinating and supervising construction projects, as well as ordering materials.

Jim Kathe

Jim is Project Manager for Custom Homes by Bryan Lendry in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra. Jim is responsible for completion of homes from plans through lot preparation framing, finishing and closing walk-through with buyers. A Miami native, he comes to Brylen Homes from Coastal Forbis, a Jacksonville Beaches luxury homebuilder where he was Construction Manager since 1996. Jim’s extensive building and construction experience also includes work in Coral Gables and West Palm Beach, Florida. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from Florida State University and he attended FSU’s Hospitality Management College in Leysin, Switzerland.

Todd Escher

Todd is our Project Manager at Palencia. Todd is responsible for completion of homes from plans through lot prep, framing, finishing, and closing walk-through with buyers. An Orange Park native, he comes to Brylen Homes from a Jacksonville area luxury homebuilder where he was a Superintendent/Builder from 1996-2000. Escher is a 1999 Golden Hammer Award recipient. Todd’s extensive Building and Construction education includes scholarship study at the St. Augustine Tech Center and Florida Community College at Jacksonville.

Glen Cacciapouti

Glen Cacciapouti  joined Brylen Homes in 2004 as a Project Manager. Glen relocated his family from Marlborough, Massachusetts where he owned and operated a subcontracting company. His previous experience in the construction industry is invaluable when it comes to ensuring that Brylen homes meet the standards and quality that customers expect.

Shawn Kemp

Shawn has been with Brylen Homes for three years working as a project manager.  He is responsible for the scheduling and completion of new homes involving tasks ranging from plan reviews, to the final walk-through with the homeowner.  Before moving to the Mandarin area of Jacksonville three years ago, Shawn attended Indiana University and pursued a business degree.  Upon moving to Florida he found his calling in construction management with Brylen Homes.

Adam McGill

As an assistant project managers for the Amelia Park Townhomes in Fernandina Beach, Adam McGill focuses on scheduling and supervising subcontractors and fine-tuning every detail.  Adam has been with Brylen Homes since 2005 and has an additional two years of experiance in the field.  Before finding his niche in construction Adam traveled the world as a competitive surfer.  His future plans include pursuing a degree in construction management.  Adam's community work includes helping with improvements to the regional park on South Beach Parkway in Jacksonville Beach.

Vicki Johnson

With more than 16 years of experience in the local homebuilding industry, Vicki Johnson brings a wealth of experience to her position as Accounts Payable Manager for Brylen Homes. In addition to overseeing the payment of invoices, Vicki tracks insurance coverage for subcontractors and handles other administrative and office functions. She joined the Brylen Team in 1997.

Karen Sisco

Karen joined the sales staff of Brylen Homes as an Administrative Assistant in September of 1998. She comes to us with more than 25 years of administrative experience. In addition to general administrative duties she also assists the sales staff with coverage at the sales centers and furnished models.

Amanda Libertone

Amanda Libertone joined the staff of Brylen Homes as an Office Administrator in December of 2004 and is now working as a Marketing Assistant.  Before she became a part of our award winning team, Amanda worked as an administrative assistant for Sheehan Realty Corporation in Jupiter, FL. Having relocated to the Jacksonville area with her husband, she now puts her multitasking skills to work supporting Mr. Lendry and Beth Antzaklis.  Amanda handles every task with refined professionalism. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Communications from Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Andrey Kireev

Andrey Kireev moved to Jacksonville, Florida from the Ukraine in 1996. He started his career in the homebuilding industry as a plan developer with Brylen Homes, guiding plans through the development process, from the sales contract to on-site construction. His expertise and unparallel professionalism earned him a promotion in just over a year. In his new position as Project Coordinator, Andrey’s primary responsibilities including scheduling subcontractors and overseeing production in both the office and field.  Andrey holds a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering from the Kiev State Civil Engineering College in Kiev, Ukraine, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Joey Gabriel

Joey Gabriel was born in Jacksonville, and with the exception of nine years spent overseas, has lived here his entire life. Before joining the staff of Brylen Homes in June 2004, Joey interned with a civil construction company as project coordinator in the Jacksonville area. After completing his coursework and graduating from the University of North Florida with a degree in Building Construction Management, he joined Brylen Homes as a full-time employee and is in charge of construction estimating and development. His primary responsibilities include estimating, coordination of plan development, permitting & job cost analysis.

Lisa Perez

Lisa Perez, plan development architectural designer, has been with Brylen since July 2005.  Perez has many years of experience working in architectural design, primarily for custom and semi-custom homebuilders and individuals.  Her responsibilities as a plan administrator include working on individual home plans, correcting standard master plans, and creating new designs and elevations for existing house plans, as well as working with theme communities.  Perez gradusted from Florida State University in 1993 with an interior design degree.

Mike O'Connor

A Jacksonville native, Mike O'Connor has 18 years experiance in the homebuilding industry, primarily for a large national builder as an architectural manager/designer.  His responsibilities as a plan administrator at Brylen Homes include working on idividual home plans, correcting standard master plans, and creating new designs and elevations for existing house plans, as well as working with theme communities.  Mike attended FCCJ and University of North Florida for Building Construction.  He and his wife Jill live in Ponte Vedra with their twins, Zada and Cassidy.

Jeff Tabb

As Vice President of Custom Homes by Bryan Lendry, LTD, Jeff oversees the Custom Home building division. His primary responsibilities are sales, preconstruction administration, guiding the project managers, and warranty administration. Employed with the company since 1993 and a licensed Realtor since 1999, Jeff brings extensive knowledge of construction and real estate to his position. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a yearly winner of the Million-Dollar Circle Award since 1999. Jeff has a BA degree in marketing/finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Beth Antzaklis

As Vice President and primary marketing executive for Brylen Homes, Beth oversees the sales and marketing of new homes throughout Nassau, Duval and St. Johns counties. She is also an active participant in the Brylen companies’ corporate planning, product design and company administration. Before joining Brylen Homes in 1993, she spent nine years working in sales and administrative positions with several area homebuilders and Realty firms.

Steve Lendry

As Vice President of Construction for Brylen Homes, Steven Lendry oversees all aspects of construction of homes on Amelia Island, bringing more than 13 years of homebuilding experience to the job. Before joining Brylen in 1993, Steven served as a Production Supervisor and Supervisor Trainee for two Jacksonville-area homebuilders.
