Amelia Park was created to celebrate the values of a time gone by while still providing the services needed for today's active lifestyles. Indeed, our community follows the principles of a process known as Traditional Neighborhood Design, or TND for short. This process focuses on amenities that encourage a vibrant civic life. We're not just building beautiful homes at Amelia Park... we're building a community.
YMCA
As home of Amelia Island’s YMCA, Amelia Park has been designed to feature a wide range of parks, playing fields, and recreational facilities. The YMCA houses exercise facilities, a gymnasium, a pool, and meeting space.
Town Square
The neighborhood square serves as the focal point of the community. It is a great place for residents and visitors to congregate for special events such as community gatherings, picnics, or holiday celebrations.
Montessori
Today’s families need high-quality education for their children that’s close to home. Amelia Park’s planners have designated a site for a Montessori school that will be an integral part of the neighborhood.
